Parking spaces numbered and reserved. Outdoor Parking We currently have two sizes of outdoor parking available for your RV, Camper, Boat, Trailer, Bus, or Car. The parking lot is paved, striped and each space is numbered and reserved for you, and your secure access is 24 hours. Smaller spaces are $40 per month, and larger spaces are $50 per month.

The Moving Truck Moving Truck We have available a modern, comfortable and clean moving truck. We make the truck available for free to new tenants moving in to our facility, with some conditions. Any proposed new tenant must first provide a valid drivers license, proof of automobile insurance, and must purchase excess liability insurance for a nominal amount. The first 25 miles are free and then mileage is charged at $.50 per mile. The user must return the truck with the same amount of fuel as when departing. The truck is subject to availability so please call ahead to reserve.

Nonprofits and Charitable Organizations The moving truck can be made available free of use for nonprofit and charitable organizations in our community. Some of the same restrictions as listed above will apply, and it is subject to availability, so please try to reserve ahead as early as possible.
